Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards/Gift Vouchers once ordered cannot be cancelled.
If you find that the wrong Gift Card has been delivered to you, contact us immediately to get the issue resolved.
You can return the entire package (with the Gift Card intact & unused) within a period of seven days to get replacement. We have a no-refund policy whatsoever.
You should notify us immediately if you find that the delivered package has been tampered with or soiled in any way so that it can be replaced.
You can gift refund in form of gift card of the same value. If you have paid any additional amount paid by CC, DC or Net banking that amount can be returned but any payment done through gift card will be return to you through Gift card.
